CUSTOMER CARE
It's important to us that our clients feel we understand their needs and individual requirements for each job. This is why we prefer to meet our clients in person to cover all details in the initial consultation, and speak over the phone should any query arise. Order sheets are created for each job, with the break down of labour and materials. A copy of this document is given to the client when the initial consultation has finished so we are all agreed for the building and fitting process to begin.

We will contact our client by phone when frames are completed and ready for collection.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
There is a wide range of sustainable hardwoods available that have vast variation in price to suit different budgets, which we'll discuss during the initial consultation.

M A T E R I A L S - chosen by client.
L A B O U R - £15 per hour per frame.​

The cost of materials will be paid when selected in the form of a deposit in the first consultation. The final payment to cover labour will be made on collection of the completed frame.

ARTISTS 30% DISCOUNT
Having experience in exhibiting my own art work, I appreciate that the process can be expensive. Rodborough Framing Studio would like to support the local artist community by offering a 30% Artist discount.
